Now it is obvious that flying can affect some people more than it does others. They would complain a lot about one problem or the other. Here are a few tips to manage your flight without much discomfort.
If you are still on medication, it is good to always carry your medication with you in a carry-on luggage which you will take into the plane. You should consult your doctor's advice on how you can maintain sleeping and eating habits while you are on your trips. That is the only way you can manage a jet-set life.
If you are often going on long trips and you are on liquid medication, you could start by asking the doctor to replace it with pills which are easier to carry in the flight. Alternatively, ask the doctor to give a written notification to the airline, if the pill version cannot be possible.
Keep moving up and down in the plane. It is important to keep moving around in the plane at some intervals to avoid numbness of the limbs if you are on a long flight.
Plenty of water is very good for your skin and general health, including the lungs. The air inside the plane is generally very dry come to think of it. That is why it requires that you keep taking plain water, juices or other liquids apart from alcohol which will only end up dehydrating you some more.
Make sure your diet is well balanced before going for your flight because you might not continue getting nutrition in the foods served in the plane. It is not good to overeat thinking that you would be able to compensate for the absent nutrients.
