Barbour Jackets: New Ranges Launched For Spring 2012

Barbour waxed jackets are probably one of the best-loved icons of British fashion, long appreciated by those who love the countryside and who need practical but stylish clothing that will keep them warm and dry. Over recent years Barbour Clothing has enjoyed a huge surge in popularity and can be seen worn pretty much anywhere from the daily commute to work to a stroll around the shops.

Barbour's success has gone global over recent years and are amongst the British clothing manufacturers that are famous around the world for their quality and style. Barbour are, of course, very well-known for their waxed jackets but it is their quilted jackets that are currently enjoying huge success. Riding high on the success of their quilted jackets, Barbour has just released their new spring 2012 ranges of jackets. Sure to be a big hit is the Barbour Men's Fore quilted jacket. Barbour have brought out several new styles of Barbour waxed jacket for spring 2012. Quintessentially Barbour, these waxed jackets are destined to become much-loved, classic Barbour designs. The men's Heath jacket is from Barbour's Lifestyle Collection; available in black or olive with a distinctive Barbour tartan lining. Also from the Lifestyle Collection are the Hardwick and Grassdale jackets. Both very versatile jackets with smarter styling, the Hardwick and Grassdale would fit the bill whether you're going for a walk or travelling to work.

Whilst we're on the subject of travelling to work, Barbour's new men's range includes the very smart yet practical Bearer coat. Described by Barbour as a 'travel coat', the Bearer is cut from stylish, contemporary fabric that is also windproof. An incredibly versatile coat, the Bearer could be the only coat you'll find you need.

Ladies who love Barbour will be delighted with their latest styles. New for the coming spring is the Summer Liddesdale quilted jacket. The Liddesdale would be ideal for wearing in milder weather and has been styled to give a flattering, feminine shape. With elegant tailoring to give definition, the Summer Liddesdale features the same front pockets as other styles in the range. Incredibly versatile, the Summer Liddesdale jacket is practical enough for wearing whilst walking the dog or stylish enough to wear around the shops.
