If you are a fishing enthusiast, you probably have already tested a lot of ways for a fruitful catch but check out these simpletips on catfishing.

FISH DURING THE DAY

It has been widely known in the world of catfishing that fishing during the night is the most successful means to catch and reel in those big cats that everyone is dying to look for.

However peculiar it is to look for flatheads during the day, some professional flahead guides would actually advice to fish during the day because it is also a tricky but good fishing technique.

Catching the monster catfish during the day is very possible because flatheads actually move less often during daytime and they would tend to stay still in their usual locations. The only problem is that they don't easily get lured by normal baits so the trick lies greatly in your catfish baits.

USING A FLOAT IS EFFECTIVE

A lot of catfish anglers would not think of floats or bobbers as beneficial tools for catching their monster catfish. But they don't really know that these tools are very helpful tools.

With a float, you can drift your bait in order to hold it durable downstream. All you do is just to attach the float to the fishline and tie it with the hook and the sinker and that's it. Suspend your catfish bait a few inches off from the botom of the river with your float and you are all ready to get a monster catch!

BE QUIET

The difference between trout fishermen and catfish anglers is that the former can catch their target even with all the noise of splashing waters while the latter couldn't accomplish with the same degree of noise.

Cafishes actually have a highly developed organ of hearing which is 15 times more sensitive to the average trout's organ.

If you think you have caught a fish even with all the haphazardness of splashing and rock jumping, think again. You might have doubled your productivity if you had been very quiet.
